Customer Notice: Appointment booking policy.

To ensure our stored vehicles are ready for you on arrival, we require a refundable £100 booking deposit to secure your viewing appointment.

We have introduced this policy solely due to a high volume of unannounced cancellations and "no-shows," which require us to move and prepare vehicles from our secure storage facility unnecessarily.

How the Deposit Works

If you buy the car, the £100 deposit is deducted from the final price.

If you view the car but decide not to buy: Your £100 deposit is refunded in full immediately

If you cancel with less then 24 hours notice or miss the appointment: The £100 deposit is forfeited to cover vehicle movement and staffing costs.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our operations running smoothly.
